Would be VERY convenient if someone happened to be there when Scott talked about ALL those things, wouldn't it. Also this so-called 'journalist' (even worse than the tabloid type that work for the Murdoch media, judging from this piece) doesn't seem to realise that Moyles is winding down, but even RAJAR figures probably still say he's 2nd only to Radio2 Brekkie?

Yep. Was already aware of this via my Twitter a couple of weeks ago ... you never know. The fact he posted on Twitter "radio 1 - love them" sarcastically tells you a lot already.

I have similar views myself, I must say. Scott + Moyles being removed from their slots is a huge mistake. Yeh, over time, would have happened anyway, but not a good time @ the moment.

If you're gonna have these kind of discussions, best keep them within your house. But we've all done it.

Doesn't make sense that Scott would care about London-only figures for a NATIONAL station.

I think this alleged 'article' is largely bullshit but with a (very) thin basis in what Scott actually thinks and his resentment toward Radio1 for taking him off drive, extrapolated and exaggerated by this hack.

I'd say that is probably true.. Don't see why they would have a random dig at a celeb while doing reviews.. Think he was trying to look cool in front of whoever he was with? Maybe they ALL were slagging off their workmates..

All sounds a bit suspect to me. But I only think that because they said they "didn't know who Scott Mills is really" which basically means it could of been anyone and his mate was having a laugh at his expense. But meh. Whoever it was they're pretty much right, apart from the Dave Berry thing, which doesn't actually matter.
