Anyone know anything about XML?

I'm trying to get my podcast on to iTunes, you have to provide a HMTL to the podcast which I've done but it says "error parsing feed: invalid XML: Error on line 137: The content of the element must consist of well-formed character data or make-up"

Anyone know how to fix this?

Did you include an itunes namespace declaration in your RSS feed?
