Not sure, but as you say it's a bley accurate emergency tape if it is one. There is an emergency at R1 though, they haven't played Elvis aint dead in ten minutes or so...

I'm sure that comes on when they playing anything by cascasa, scouting for girls or bassmunter just to warn people that they ears may close in self defence or jono could have phoned in a bomb threat again

Every so often something interesting appears in that box. I've seen "Boing Sound Effect" on during Scott's show and "Newsbeat Ramp Long 2" during Whileys.
