1 October 2007: Lorraine Kelly and Page 3 Girls (“Best Guest” Week)

Part of “Best Guest” week, with Lorraine Kelly kicking things off, followed by a blindfolded segment with two Page 3 models where Scott accidentally gropes them during a guessing game — and then gets them to sing along to “The Ladies’ Bras.”

Lorraine Kelly starts the show in typically bubbly form, discussing her appearance on GMTV and mentioning the Sugababes, who are at number one (though Scott playfully suggests it could change). There’s banter about Lorraine performing a rendition of “The Ladies’ Bras” with her daughter in the car, and she promises to try to get the Sugababes to sing it before they leave.

The show then moves into a feature called “Flirt Divert,” where listeners have left voicemail messages attempting to chat up the team. Scott and the crew play some particularly awkward ones, with commentary on whether girls actually like being “roared at” or complimented. The messages range from polite flattery to increasingly filthy ones that can’t be played on air.

Later, Scott is blindfolded as part of a guessing game to identify two mystery guests. After some physical contact that leaves everyone uncomfortable (Scott accidentally touches the guests inappropriately while trying to work out who they are), he removes the blindfold to reveal Nicola and Zoe, Page 3 models. Despite the awkward start, Scott interviews them about their work, including how they write their own “news in briefs” captions and their views on current events. The girls attempt to record a modified version of “The Ladies’ Bras” for the show, with some confusion over the exact lyrics.
