Dear Scott, a failed Wikipedia prank and pickled eggs in chocolate
The April Fools’ aftermath included Scott’s mock announcement that Unofficial Mills was closing, a joke which had caused unnecessary concern for the site’s fans. He made clear that the fan site was still running, while Beccy’s own prank call to Matt Fincham, pretending to be a Wikipedia employee, unravelled almost immediately when she could not stop laughing.
Scott also volunteered to try a pickled egg coated in chocolate, declaring it far better than it sounded. The show tried to replace an unavailable Steve Carell in a spelling-game feature with listeners’ impressions of him, and the PR4L read the week’s Dear Scott messages, including a question about whether David Hasselhoff had invited Scott to a wrestling event.
