Scott discovers foreign vending machines and Birdemic
With a Duke of Edinburgh Awards appearance approaching and no speech prepared, Scott found plenty of ways to avoid thinking about it. A message from the MasterChef voiceover artist gave the show another familiar voice to enjoy, before the team moved on to the apparently superior vending machines found overseas.
Mistajam played Oh! What’s Occurring?, while Scott began championing Birdemic, the spectacularly odd disaster film that had become his latest viewing obsession. The afternoon’s subject matter was a mix of practical anxiety, bad cinema and machines offering things nobody expected to buy from a station platform.
