Puffy, Sean or Diddy?
Diddy joined Scott and Beccy with Dirty Money and promptly made the naming issue worse and better at once. He explained that he answered to Puffy, Sean and Diddy, but said the safest option was his real name, Sean, before declaring that Friday was “Diddy Day”.
They talked about the new group and its single “Hello Good Morning”, his plans to work with UK artists including Tinie Tempah and Skepta, and his journey home in the standard carriage rather than Heathrow Express first class. The Posh Radio 4 Lady had also recorded an audition to join Diddy Dirty Money on ukulele, a proposal Diddy took with good humour.
Lloyd supplied the World Cup advice, helping Scott form chants for England’s match against the USA. Scott’s grasp of the tournament remained minimal, but he was at least confident in repeating Lloyd’s instructions.
