Six thousand Young Farmers in Torquay
Scott presented alone after a late-night Young Farmers’ AGM DJ set in Torquay. Lily called from the journey home and enthusiastically praised Scott and Chris, particularly for playing “Nelly the Elephant”.
They had not played it.
Lily may have watched somebody else
The DJs in the other room confirmed “Nelly the Elephant” had belonged to their set. Lily later insisted she moved between both rooms and supplied evidence she did see Scott and Chris at some point.
The explanation redeemed her attendance but not the song request.

Scott finally discussed keeping William and Kate’s surprise visit secret for weeks. Big Weekend Problems also continued with minibus drop-off points, festival geese and accommodation questions.
