3 November 2009: Nantendo challenges older people to computer games

Nantendo

Scott introduced “Nantendo”, a miniature game built around older people attempting a computer game.

He had recruited three participants after explaining that he did not have grandparents available to test. The contestants received basic instructions, then tried to understand the controls and compete while Scott treated every success as a major gaming achievement.

Oh, What’s Occurring?

Beccy and Chappers predicted which older player would perform best and how many objectives they would complete before hearing the full edited challenge.

Beccy Cam

The office webcam remained active, allowing listeners to watch Beccy react while Nantendo and the rest of the show unfolded.
