Matt’s magnificent Minaj transformation
Scott celebrated Matt Edmondson’s performance on BBC One’s Let’s Sing and Dance for Comic Relief. Matt had to reproduce every rapid line of Nicki Minaj’s “Super Bass” while completing difficult choreography and wearing a costume fitted with an enormous foam bottom. Scott attended as Matt’s official celebrity friend and even received a badge confirming the role.
Matt said the artificial bottom was surprisingly comfortable, like carrying a beanbag chair everywhere and always having somewhere to sit at an airport. He also fell from a giant novelty stereo during the routine. Scott was full of admiration because he knew how difficult televised dancing was before singing and a complicated rap were added.
Average sausages and unsuitable searches
The Google Game began with “What is the average size of…?” Scott’s first concern was cabin luggage. Airline measuring frames always seemed smaller than the actual overhead space, and he had previously worn three coats to bring an overweight bag within the rules.
Chris wanted an industry standard for sausages after receiving two disappointingly small examples with pub mash. The discussion then reached Radio 1 salaries and condoms before they selected the last option as their likely answer. The real suggestions were simply the average size of a woman, a newborn baby, a man or a baby.
Will Stormzy’s head keep growing?
Greg James’ Real or No Real considered a claim that Stormzy had become too tall for his bed after another growth spurt. This led to conflicting biological information about whether people could grow again up to 25 and whether ears and noses continued expanding throughout adulthood.
The Stormzy story was false, but a planned craft-beer hotel with an in-room tap, shower fridge and beer-filled hot tub sounded almost as implausible.
