Before travelling to Ukraine, Scott was waiting at home for an object he described as essential to Eurovision.
It was due to arrive around 5pm, and Scott refused to reveal exactly what it was. He simply insisted that if he forgot it, the contest could not proceed properly.

The clips included roti, a character called Augustus Dong, somebody being told to “trim my box”, Formula 1 slipstream discussion and a Bargain Hunt story involving a grandmother and a china cabinet.

Listener Ben had accidentally posted a meme involving a purple double-ended adult toy into a family Facebook Messenger conversation.
Relatives saw it before he could recover, and Ben responded by leaving the group completely.
Liam Neeson really did answer the sign

A claim about a North Korean airline’s Kim-themed pork burger was false, although a mysterious cold burger remained part of the story.
The better fact involved Vancouver’s Big Star Sandwich Company, which had placed a sign outside saying Liam Neeson ate free.
Neeson actually appeared.
The shop rewarded the moment by naming a sandwich after him.
