Scott Mills has been off the airwaves at Radio 2 since February with DJ Spoony sitting in on afternoons.
Mills is currently not scheduled to return until April after a five-week break.
Schedules list him as presenting again on Tuesday 2nd April from 2pm, with special guest Sheridan Smith, after the Easter weekend.
In the meantime, Rylan is presenting the afternoon programme at the end of March, with Richie Anderson presenting on Easter Monday.
Scott hasn’t given a reason for the long break and has been absent from social media, but it is believed he is on holiday, and some speculate it could be related to his long-awaited wedding, which is rumoured to take place this year.
Others speculate he might be participating in a reality television series like Race Across The World, which would explain an absence from social media.
